Drew is a Bassist with more than 20 years professional experience, live and in studio, having played in original Alternative/Indie Rock, Acid Jazz and Jazz Fusion groups, as bass player in retro covers bands and as an independent session musician.
A finger and pick performer who pulls chops out of the air, grooves in-the-pocket and can switch into improv when needed makes Drew a versatile and reliable player for any lineup.
Drew is based in County Dublin with a custom built micro studio and an array of professional gear. Whether you're a TV, movie or game music supervisor, music industry producer, songwriter or engineer, working with you to achieve the exact low end sound for your mix is what it's all about..!
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
You may be a songwriter, a band, producer or engineer needing live organic bass lines to fit with your music, soundtrack or to replace programmed bass... The Remote Session Bassist will fill that role and deliver a professionally produced track for your mix..!
HOW THE REMOTE SESSION WORKS
Step 1: Email your WAV tracks along with any chord progressions or notation with your desired requirements for style and sound... You will then receive a quote based on number of songs and expected turnaround.
Step 2: 50% deposit sent via Paypal secures the session, charting and recording of your low end begins - based on instructions, experience and instincts - and in due course, (asap), you will be sent an MP3 rough mix to review.
Step 3: Any revisions are finalised for your approval. When you're completely happy and on receipt of final payment, your professional bass track will be sent to you in Wave/WAV format... :)
